ICE CREAM

Ingredients 

 

  • 1 stick of your favorite H2Joy electrolyte
  • 1 cup of fresh pear juice
  • 0.8 cup of lychee juice
  • 0.5 cup of coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp of honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup of still water

 

How to Make It

  • Open your preferred electrolyte stick pack at the notch and pour the contents into a mixing bowl.
  • Combine the pear juice, lychee juice, and still water, stirring until the powder is completely dissolved .
  • Add the coconut cream and honey or agave syrup and whisk everything together until smooth and creamy and fully combined
  • Add the fresh lemon juice and give it one final stir
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed
  • Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle moulds filling each one to just below the top
  • Tap the moulds gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles
  • Insert popsicle sticks into the centre of each mould
  • Place in the freezer for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight until completely frozen
  • To release run the outside of the mould briefly under warm water for 5 to 10 seconds and gently pull the popsicle out
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your H2joy popsicle
