Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items, including any electrolyte stick packs that have been opened, used, or partially consumed, due to the nature of consumable wellness products. Only if the product is unused and unopened and one of the qualifying problems listed below occurs can we accept a return.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We will provide a replacement or refund solely under the following conditions: your order has arrived in a damaged condition with leaks or spills present, the item you received is incorrect, or your order has arrived in a defective condition such as packaging issues. To qualify, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic and video documentation that shows the issue. Please ensure the images showcase the shipping box, product packaging, and the impacted items. Upon approval, we will either provide a replacement at no extra expense or return the funds to the original payment method you used.

How to Request a Return, Replacement, or Refund

To submit a request, please contact us at support@h2joy.com. Please integrate your order number, a concise overview of the problem, and photos or videos that clearly depict damage, leakage, spills, defects, or incorrect items. You may also reference your delivery status at https://www.h2joy.com/apps/trackorder. Our team will assess the request and reply within two business days.

Processing Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days after receiving approval, though the processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider. Shipping fees, when applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the incorrect item, or if the product is verified to be damaged or defective.
