Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 days, not including weekends and holidays. After your order has shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to you. The processing time indicates the duration required to ready your order for shipment, excluding the transit time.

 Shipping Rates & Methods

 Shipping costs are determined during the checkout process, taking into account your location and the chosen shipping method. Before finalizing your purchase, you will see the available shipping methods along with their estimated delivery timeframes.

 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times may vary based on factors such as delays from carriers, weather conditions, peak times like holidays or product launches, and atmospheric conditions. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email. Please allow up to 48–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

 Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you. Kindly allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information once it has received the package. If you haven't received a tracking email, kindly verify your spam or junk folder, reach out to us at support@h2joy.com, or visit our tracking page at https://www.h2joy.com/apps/trackorder.

 Incorrect Addresses / Undeliverable Packages

It is the responsibility of customers to ensure that they provide an accurate shipping address during the checkout process. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package, we may be unable to refund the original shipping charges. Once you return the order to us, we can reship it, though additional shipping fees may apply.

 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

After the carrier marks a package as delivered, H2JOY® assumes no responsibility for any loss or theft that may occur. If you think your package may be lost, delayed, or stolen, please contact support@h2joy.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.

 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, kindly reach out to support@h2joy.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number alongside photos and videos depicting the extent of the damage. We will assess the situation and assist in finding a resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which you can view at https://www.h2joy.com/policies/refund-policy.
