Ingredients
- 1 stick of your favorite electrolyte
- 8–10 fresh mint leaves
- ½ lime cut into wedges
- 6–8 mixed berries
- 90ml still water
- 1 cup ice
- 180–240 ml sparkling water
How to Make It
- Open your preferred electrolyte stick pack at the notch and place it aside.
- In a glass, combine the fresh mint leaves and lime wedges. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to muddle them firmly until the lime releases its juice and the mint emits a fragrant aroma — this should take around 10 to 15 seconds.
- Add the mixed berries and muddle gently one more time to release the berry juices and color
- Fill the glass generously with ice
- Pour 90 ml of still water and add your electrolyte powder directly over the ice—stir until fully dissolved, and the drink will transform into a stunning deep berry blush color.
- Gradually add 180 to 240 ml of sparkling water, pouring gently down the side of the glass to maintain the bubbles.
- Gently stir the drink one last time, moving from the bottom upward.
- Adorn with a sprig of fresh mint, a lime wedge perched on the rim, and a scattering of whole berries atop.
- Serve right away over ice and savor the experience.
